It’s bad enough getting people in remote places to participate in especially poliovirus vaccination drives, with disinformation like “it is a plot to make Muslims sterile”.  Now they can legitimately point to the CIA using a fake polio vaccination campaign to smoke out Mr al-Qaeda!
